You decide, against all odds, to take the stairs. Everyone else groans at the idea, but you insist: perhaps the extra walking will help clear everyone's head. Before you can walk up a step, though, there's something blocking your path. It's caution tape. There's a sign hanging over it, inside the stairwell: ``` CAUTION: STAIRS BROKE PLEASE USE ELEVATOR ``` You hear a couple of sighs of relief from behind you, but you're a tad dismayed - you knew that some leg exercises would help you for the oncoming battle. It'd probably be best to take the elevator, anyways - all the complaining is already getting to you. "Fine, the elevator. It's floor 42, room 3, I think." Just as you're heading out, you notice a metal panel on the wall. You use your dagger to pry it open, revealing a keypad and a note. ``` Dear Era, You probably won't find everything on your path. Other paths may hold your key. I'm so sorry, I want to tell you everything, but I want to make sure it's you. I always knew you were smart enough to figure that out. With love, Mazki. ``` ``` JE: bro what YOU: Hm. Ika probably won't naturally want to enter anything. Is there a way we can brute force it? JE: what about that red link thing YOU: What do you mean? JE: just punch in the code via your red link magic idk YOU: I guess I could. I have no idea where to start though. JE: yah me neither idk ``` You stuff the paper into your pocket. You probably don't want to talk to anyone about it. ### -> Hop in the [[Elevator]]
